Everything I Use in My Booth Setup (And Where to Get It!)

Setting up a craft show booth that’s eye-catching, functional, and easy to shop takes time and the right equipment. Here’s everything I personally use in my booth, with links to where you can find them!

🔹 Booth Display Essentials

✅ Pop-Up Tent – Click Here I've used this white one for three years! Had some extreme weather my first outdoor show with it so one leg is bent but she is still going strong! Love the wheeled case.
✅ Tent Weights (a must-have for outdoor events) – Click Here I will probably always be a water weights girlie. Your tent is going NOWHERE when these are all the way filled up. If you're not worried about the wind that day, you can just fill them half way! Best part is being able to dump the water out when you pack up. WORST part is they can be messy and it is time consuming if you forget the morning of and need to rush to the market.
✅ Tables – 6Ft, 4Ft, 8Ft, Save yourself the time and probably some $ and get them at your local Lowes.
✅ Table Covers – Click Here I am ride or die for this style of fitted table cloths! They look so good and there is none of that extra cloth with standard ones. I personally hate the stretchy ones but to each their own.
✅ Table Runners – Click Here A fellow Small Business!
✅ Solar String Lights – Click Here Meh. These did the trick but I wish they were brighter. They don't light up the booth as much as I'd like but they don't die on me! Pro Tip - hang them on the tent with large safety pins or twist ties.
✅ LED Camping Lantern – Click Here I have been using one of these with the solar string lights and it helps a lot BUT it only lights up a small space. I have had mine for years though and it has never died on me in the middle of a market. If I started over, I would invest in like 4 or 5 of these from the start.
❌Emergency Rechargeable Lightbulbs – Click Here In theory, great. In use, AWFUL. You have to charge these in a light, no USBC or whatever. No idea how I would charge this if I traveled. Plus I don't think they lasted 4 hours into my night market. They are so bright though which sucks
✅ Camping Fan – Click Here It's a fan, its a portable battery, AND IT'S A LIGHT??? This is my favorite show item without a doubt. I have never lost a charge after a full day of blasting this baby. And when it cools off at night I can just turn the light on and light up the booth. UGH, I love her.
✅ Director's Chair - Click Here My team and I argue on this one lol. I LOVE this tall chair so I can see over the tables and interact with customers without standing up (I have scoliosis and the reason I am my own boss is so that someone isn't telling me I have to stand an entire market! Don't hurt your body. I give you permission). BUT it is a pain to pack as it takes up a lot of space even folded.

✅ Bamboo Dishrack Thing – Click Here These things are SO VERSITILE. I use them for sticker books, greeting cards, art prints, pride flags. These are gold and I love this tiered version more than the flat so you can get that vertical space.
✅ 3 and 2 Tier Bamboo Rack – Click Here Hate that it does not come apart for easy transportation but I haven't found something I like better. I have two for my mirrors and cigarette cases that we decked out with stickers.
✅ Hanging Rack (for apparel/tote bags) – Click Here I will be moving away from the hanging rack for my totes to the grid walls but I did really like this one! I love that we can take it apart, remove parts to make it sit on a table, and it extends.

🔹 Branding & Signage

✅ Custom Banner with Business Name & Logo – Check your local print shops! There are dozens in every city and they are underutilized since big companies like VistaPrint have come around. They can make so many things from booklets, to vinyl banners, to stickers, and more. Don't forget your local community.
✅ Table Easel Signs – Click Here Hey, we make these! Tbh a lot of my signage I make myself so I am not much help in this department...

🔹 Payment & Sales Tools

✅ Fanny Pack for Cash (better than a cash box!) – Click Here Pssss, Imma tell you a secret... I hope to one day have an ArtVend fanny pack that has dividers in it for different denominations of cash. Mostly for selfish reasons, I can't lie. I have cardboard dividers in my fanny pack so that I can quickly find what I need.
✅ Mobile Card Reader – Click Here I host my website on Shopify and use their POS system for sales. Getting their card reader is just how it works.
✅ Barcode Scanner – Click Here Yes I do want to vomit over how expensive these are. Yes I do want to sue Shopify for discontinuing the POS Go's that were my iPad, Barcode Scanner, and Card reader all in one device. But I can't live without the barcode scanner so I have to put up with it.
✅ Backup Power Bank for Phone & Card Reader – Click Here Get the biggest one you can buy. I have this exact one and I live and die by it. Get it. You won't regret it.
✅ Solis Lite Hot Spot – Click Here Love her so much! I hated having to depend on my my phone hotspot and you can switch to different networks with this! It is so affordable compared to the one I would have gotten with my provider. You get 1 free GB a month which is usually plenty for me and if I need more I can just pay by the GB.
