Processing Time

We take 5-14 days to process orders for shipping. Please pay attention to if you are purchasing a Pre-Order, as their estimated date of shipment will be outlined. Custom decal process time starts from when we have received the file

Free Shipping

Free shipping is guaranteed on all orders over $75

Rush Shipping

Note that all shipping estimated dates are only estimates. The ArtVend is not liable for delays in shipping. Rush processing can be accommodated but you must email orders@theartvend.com BEFORE purchase and will be subject to fees.

Pre-Orders

If you have purchased a pre-order, you agree upon purchase that your product is set to be delivered at an outlined date, but is subject to sooner or later shipment. If address has changed since ordering, you must notify us IMMEDIATLY of the new address.

Addresses

It is the customers responsibility to enter in the correct shipping address. ArtVend is NOT liable for incorrect address and we cannot guarantee correction before of after shipment. Refunds and replacements will not be granted for errors in addressing. 

Damages

Please inspect your items upon arrival and report damages within 14 days of delivery. We cannot replace or refund damaged good if they are reported after 14 days. Insurance claims must be made for damage to get a partial refund, a full refund, or an exchange at no extra cost. This form must be filled out completely within 14 days and can be found HERE.

General Information

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Covered Damages and Defects

We offer 1 year of limited product protection for any defects, malfunctions, or other product failures due to manufacturing errors. This protection covers only manufacturing errors and not user errors, misuse of product, accidental damage, or other limitations or exclusions NOT due to manufacturing defects. This protection is for the value of the product, and does not cover any secondary damages. We take full responsibility for safely delivering your purchase to your door. Once you've taken possession of your products, please inspect the contents immediately, and let us know if there are any missing or damaged parts. We will consider all products to have arrived in good condition once 15 days have passed after delivery. Unfortunately any damages reported after this time will not be covered by our return policy. We do not cover any accidental damage (including, but not limited to damage from drops, spills, stepping or tripping on electric cables, damaged clamps or other accessories, normal wear and tear, or even pet attacks...believe me, we've heard it all!). If you would like extra peace of mind in protecting your equipment, we would strongly recommend purchasing sufficient equipment insurance coverage from an insurance provider.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the time you receive your product. If for any reason, within those 30 days, you decide that it is not a perfect fit for your needs, no problem - we'll take it back, no questions asked, for a full refund of the product cost. You must report shipping damage within 14 days of receiving your items. Note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and this is a standard business practice. In some cases, returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee. We understand you will need to test things out to know for sure if it's a fit...we just ask that you let us know within the first 30 days. After 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (unless there is a manufacturing defect covered by our 1 year warranty, described below). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, and must also be in its original packaging. Custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds. There may be certain situations where refunds are rejected (eg. any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.) All returns should be mailed to 108 Pine Park Drive Lafayette, Louisiana 70508, United States. Please include order number or return authorization number with return package - product shipped back without proper order identification may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take several days for this credit to appear on your account.

Exchanges

We will of course replace any parts or products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect in your order. In these situations, when we have made an error or delivered a faulty product. We will cover all shipping and return shipping costs for defective parts. Please work with our support team at orders@theartvend.com to resolve product exchanges. All exchanges should be mailed to 108 Pine Park Drive Lafayette, Louisiana 70508, United States. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

By purchasing an ArtVend manual vending machine, you are taking on the responsibility of learning the mechanics and preforming general maintenance. Spare parts for broken parts are free for the 1 year warranty duration.
