Nobody's perfect... these guys just have a few scars! They are just as quality as a brand new ArtVend and function just the same. Scratch and Dent ArtVends don't quite meet our high standards for "brand new" machines due to manufacturing errors, bumps, scratches, or have been lightly used and returned to us in good condition.
Scratch and Dent machines are protected under the same warranty as all new ArtVend machines. We quality check all scratch and dent products and inspect them so as to replace any defective hardware and we thoroughly test to make sure they function just the same as a new ArtVend machine.
You can expect some cosmetic damage, but we hope you'll love it and give it a good home, scars and all!
